You are about to
embark on a journey of the mind body and spirit, a journey of
self-discovery; and one of enlightenment. You have taken your first
step to becoming a Reiki practitioner. In this manual you will begin to learn the basics of a level one practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho.
